Our olive oil is produced in Castronovo di Sicilia, south east of Palermo, altitude 700 m, ideal to avoid the reaging damages of the oil fly.One feature of our olives is they can be used for both the oil extraction or as olives to be eaten.This characteristic underlines the high quality of the extracted oil.
The extracted oil always has a low acidity, 0-1 after the last inspection. It has a particular taste and brightness and an intense smell.Natural sediments are limited thanks to the scrupulous cleaning of the drupe. Our olive oil is commercialized only a few months after its extraction. It will be bottled in relation to the placed orders.The olive manufactured in our olive groves comes from organic farming and so it follows the standard regulations.Our olive groves are situated in the DOP area of Val di Mazara and so our extra virgin olive oil has a DOP certification.
In addition to the extra virgin olive oil the company commercializes other unique products from the old Sicilian tradition: different tomato sauces,pesto,patè,creams,vegetables to enrich meat dishes, vegetables in olive oil,tomatoes.chees,handmade pasta,industrial pasta,jams.Honey,wine,traditional sweets,deep frozen snacks and cakes.All our products are prepared exclusively with fresh, raw materials from Sicily, following old, traditional recipes.
