Air fry bone marrow recipe

300 gm beef bone marrow

1 tsp salt


  1. Clean the beef bone marrow and cut it into pieces, then put the cut beef bone marrow on the frying net that has been lined with tin foil

  2. Sprinkle a layer of salt on top, to spread evenly

  3. Then put it in the air-frying oven, start the air-frying oven and select its frying function, the temperature is 180 degrees, and the time is 20 minutes.

  4. After ten minutes, take it out and turn over the beef bone marrow

  5. Put it back in and continue

  6. After baking, take it out and put it on a plate


The selection temperature and time of the air fryer oven should be selected according to the actual situation of your own home.
