Black sesame paste recipe

Black sesame paste is a very traditional and authentic snack in China. In the 1990s, it was really popular all over the country, and the fire was all over the streets and alleys. The black sesame paste is aroma and warmed people's hearts. The fragrance of sesame paste is basically impossible to move forward. In addition to its aroma taste, it also carries many people's childhood memories. There is always a bowl of black sesame paste in childhood memories.


  • 100g walnuts
  • 100g peanuts
  • 400g black sesame seeds
  • 300g glutinous rice flour


  1. First, clean the impurities on the surface of the black sesame with water, drain the water, pour it into the wok and fry the water on the surface dry (the whole process uses a small fire). During the process of frying the sesame, be sure to keep stirring until the sesame is fried. Make a crackling sound and you're good to go, and set aside.

  2. Put peanuts and walnuts together in a wok and fry until cooked. After frying, take out and rub off the skin of the peanuts.

  3. Pour the glutinous rice flour into the wok, the same as low heat. When frying, turn it slowly, otherwise the flour will fly all over the place. Also, turn it to the bottom and fry it until it turns slightly yellow and set aside.

  4. Put the fried walnuts and peanuts into the wall breaker and crush.

  5. Add black sesame seeds and half of the glutinous rice flour, stir with a spatula first, so that it will be more delicate.

  6. Put the beaten black sesame seeds into the other half of the glutinous rice flour and knead with your hands to mix well.

  7. Finally, sieve it with a strainer, so that the black sesame paste is more delicate.

Pack in an airtight box and take it as you go.
