Braised egg recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • dried red peppers
  • sea natural soy sauce
  • star anise
  • cinnamon
  • potatoes
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • chives

    How-to steps

  1. Boil the eggs, soak them in cold water and remove the shells

  2. Use a knife to bevel the texture

  3. Put it in the frying pan

  4. Deep fry until golden brown
