Chiba Tofu


  • Chiba tofu
  • plum meat
  • celery
  • fungus
  • garlic
  • tempeh
  • dark soy sauce
  • light soy sauce
  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • cooking wine


  1. Slice Chiba tofu.

  2. Cut the celery into sections, chop the green and red peppers, and soak the fungus.

  3. Sliced plum meat.

  4. Slice the garlic.

  5. Marinate the plum strips with cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for a while.

  6. Put the oil in the pot, add the marinated meat and stir fry until the color changes. Set aside for later use.

  7. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add tofu and fry until the surface is lightly browned, then drain and set aside.

  8. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, then add the garlic slices, green and red peppers and stir-fry.

  9. Add Chiba tofu and sliced meat.

  10. Add the tempeh.

  11. Put in the fungus.

  12. Stir fry evenly.

  13. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and water.

  14. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook until the tofu is tasty.

  15. Add the celery.

  16. Stir fry for a while.
