Instructions:

  1. First, prepare all the ingredients, soak the tofu in light salt water in advance, remove and drain the water, then cut the tofu into 5 mm thick tofu slices and put them on the plate, then wash the carrots, peel them and cut them Also pack into small pieces for later use.

  2. Take out the frying pan and add some peanut oil to preheat it. After the oil temperature is suitable, carefully pour in the ​​thin tofu slices. Spread each tofu slice evenly in the wok. Be careful not to let them overlap. Together.

  3. Adjust the heat to simmer and start frying the tofu slices carefully until both sides of each tofu slice are golden brown, then turn off the heat and put them on a plate for later use.

  4. Shovel out all the tofu slices, pour a little peanut oil into the pot, preheat it, put in the minced chicken pieces, and quickly stir-fry several times.

  5. When it is observed that the chicken has turned white, add chopped carrots and stir-fry several times.

  6. When the carrots and chicken in the pot are cooked, add one grab of tempeh and stir well.

  7. Add a little water to the pot and turn to high heat to boil the ingredients, then pour in 1 tablespoon of fermented bean curd soup and a small piece of fermented bean curd, stir well and cover with a lid to cook.

  8. When the chicken is almost cooked, sprinkle a little salt and soy sauce. After mixing well, pour in the fried tofu slices and mix well.

Finally, pour the pre-treated rapeseed into the pot and stir together. Cover the lid and simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the heat, and put it on the plate.

Cooking Tips:

  1. The aroma of fermented bean curd is one of the essences of this dish. If you don’t like its peculiar aroma, you can add a little less fermented bean curd soup. Some friends feel uncomfortable eating to avoid the wine taste being too strong.
