Chinese fried peanuts


  • Peanuts
  • salt
  • oil


  1. To make the peanuts soaked so as not to fry them later, soak the peanuts in water for about 5 minutes.

  2. Pour out the water and pour the peanuts into the pot and stir-fry. The purpose is to make the peanuts dry. There is no need for dry-frying here, just set aside and drain. Dry-frying is just a personal feeling that it dries faster.

  3. Pour in the cold oil, put the oil over the peanuts, and fry slowly for about 15 minutes on low heat until there is a crackling sound. This is because there is water in the peanuts. All are crispy.

  4. Pour the oil into a bowl, while the peanuts are still hot, add salt and stir fry to serve.
