Chinese fruit tea

I was resting at home on weekends and wanted to drink some drinks for lunch. I was afraid of too much sugar in the market, so I saw that there was still some fruit in the refrigerator, so I came up with today's fruit tea, which can be made in about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • grapes
  • mint
  • black tea
  • fruit vinegar
  • baking soda
  • water

Directions

  1. Put strawberries and grapes in a bowl, add a spoonful of baking soda, soak for a while and clean. Friends who don't have baking soda can also use table salt.

  2. Put the black tea bag into the pot, pour the right amount of water, and make the tea. If you don't like black tea, you can replace it with other teas you like, such as oolong tea and green tea.

  3. Cut the washed grapes and strawberries in half, or cut a few more times, so that the fruity aroma of the fruit can be more easily soaked; the mint leaves are washed with water. In summer drinks, I like to put a few mint leaves, and I like the fresh taste very much.

  4. Put the cut fruit into the pot and soak it with the tea leaves. If you have enough time, you can cold brew the tea one night in advance, and the brewed fruit tea will taste better.

  5. Add a spoonful of fruit vinegar to increase the acidity. If you don't have fruit vinegar, you can add half a lemon slice or a passion fruit juice, stir well, and finally put some mint leaves.

A cup of beautiful and delicious summer fruit tea is ready, and it tastes even better after being refrigerated. A cup after lunch can also strengthen the stomach and digest food. I prefer to drink it when the weather is hot. Cup after cup, it can replenish water and various nutrients at the same time.
