Chinese Garlic Shrimp
- the appropriate amount of garlic
- 1 plate of prawns
- A spoonful of white sugar
- a spoonful of salt
- A spoonful of cooking wine
- A spoonful of light soy sauce
- Two shallots
Prepare some garlic seeds.
Pat it with the back of a knife to easily remove the outer skin, then put it into a garlic press and press it into minced garlic. Hand-chopped ones are also fine, but they are not as good-looking as they are pressed out, nor are they as fragrant as they are pressed out.
Remove the head of the shrimp. When removing the head, the shrimp line will be brought out lightly. It is very easy.
After washing, cut a three-section knife from the back of the shrimp. No cutting is required.
Heat up the oil pan, add minced garlic, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
Add a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
Pour the cooked minced garlic into the plate and spread it gently with chopsticks.
Put the chopped shrimp on top.
Pour boiling water into the pot, and put a shelf to steam the shrimp on it.
The steaming time should not be too long, about 30 seconds or so, you can turn off the fire when the shrimp meat changes color. The back of the shrimp has been cut open before, and with the high-temperature steam, it can be cooked in a short time.
