Eel soup recipe

Eel is a relatively delicious deep-sea fish. Chinese people prefer to eat eel because they prefer to eat some eel chinese food like eel rice and eel soup.


  • moray eel
  • celery
  • ginger
  • green onion
  • Salt
  • MSG
  • pepper
  • rice wine
  • cornstarch

  1. Debone the eel and cut it into strips, marinate with onion turmeric wine, a little salt and monosodium glutamate.
  2. Pat the marinated fish with cornstarch.
  3. Put the base oil in the pot, put the onion and ginger in the pot, fry the big bones of the eel for a while, add a little rice wine, and boil it for two or three minutes.
  4. Lower the eel meat, slip and loosen. Add celery grains. Turn on the fire and wait for the soup to turn white, season and turn off the heat.
  5. Sprinkle some pepper before serving.

The fish soup will turn white only if it is boiled in boiling water, and the fire is always used during the cooking process.
