Fern noodles recipe

  1. First, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil, add the fern root noodles and cook until it becomes soft, remove the water and set aside.

  2. Then mince the garlic, cut the green and red pepper into small pieces, put them in the center of the fern root noodles , and then pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
