Cook direction

  1. Peel the ginger and garlic, and chop them into pieces. Remove the roots of the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions.

  2. After washing the duck wings with clean water, soak them for 30 minutes, remove the blood and rinse them. And then make two lines on both sides of the duck wings, so that the duck wings can taste better.

  3. Then put the cut duck wings into the basin, add cooking wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Then pour a small amount of salt, and stir well.

  4. Continue to add pepper powder, chopped green onion, minced garlic and minced ginger, stir well and set aside to marinate for about half an hour.

  5. Then mix the starch and flour in a ratio of 1:1.

  12. After the duck wings are taken out, the cooking oil in the pot continues to heat, and then the duck wings are put in for further frying.
