Fried goat meat recipe

Fried goat is a dish from West and Central Asia. It is a traditional Uyghur snack and is also made to entertain distinguished guests from far away.


  • 250g goat meat
  • 2 garlic sprouts
  • 1 green onion
  • 1.25ml cooking wine
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 30ml vegetable oil

How to make stir-fried fresh goat meat

  1. Prepare the ingredients.

  2. Heat the oil in the pan, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.

  3. Add the mutton and a little boiling water into the pot and stir fry.

  4. Add the sauce prepared with cooking wine and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

  5. Add minced garlic and shredded onion and stir fry evenly.


  1. The added water should be boiled water, so that the fried mutton will be fresh and tender, otherwise the mutton will shrink when it is cold.
  2. The goat meat has no odor when it is fried, so it can be fried with fewer or no side dishes.
