Fried pigs ears recipe
- 2 pig ears
- a little chicken powder
- soy sauce
- Chili oil
- hot sauce
Cut the sauce pig ears into shreds, as thin as possible.
Dice the bell pepper; mince the coriander and garlic. If you are mixing two pig ears, put a bell pepper, a coriander and 4 cloves of garlic.
Add a spoonful of Korean chili paste.
Pour in a small amount of light soy sauce (it is recommended to use light soy sauce, ordinary soy sauce can also be used but it will affect the color of the dish).
Add a small spoon of chicken powder to enhance the taste, if not, you can leave it out.
Add a teaspoon of salt, the amount of salt should be less, because chicken powder, soy sauce and chili sauce are all salty, if you have a light mouth, you can omit the salt.
Add a spoonful of chili oil.
Mix all the seasonings well, this chili korean sauce with pig ears is ready.
Just remember to coat your pig's ears in flour prior to frying to cut down on splattering oil.
