Grilled pig feet recipe

Ingredients

  • Pig feet
  • star anise
  • cinnamon
  • fragrant leaves
  • ginger
  • cumin powder
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • cooking wine

Practice steps:

  1. Add a little cooking wine and blanch the pig's feet in cold water to scald the blood, then remove and rinse.

  2. Prepare a little star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, ginger slices.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute all the ingredients until fragrant.

  4. Put in the pork feet and stir fry.

  5. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

  6. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

  7. Put the braised pork feet on the grill.

  8. Add air to the upper tube and bake 180 seats for 30 minutes.
