Hibachi Shrimp Fried Rice


  • 300g rice
  • 15 shrimps
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 30 g Chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Beat the eggs into egg liquid.

  2. Heat up the teppanyaki pan, pour in oil, put in the shrimp and fry until both sides are charred, then move to the side.

  3. Heat the oil for frying shrimp, pour in the egg liquid, increase the heat, add the egg liquid and stir fry quickly.

  4. Put in the rice and stir well, then stir fry the shrimps and green onion evenly.

  5. Add all the seasonings and stir fry evenly.


What is the difference between fried rice and hibachi fried rice?

The main difference is that hibachi fried rice is cooked a number of different ways including on a hibachi. Hibachi is a hot plate.

What oil is hibachi cooked in?

You can choose to use soybean oil or salad oil to make the most delicious Teppanyaki.
