Spicy and Sour Shredded Potato

Shredded potatoes are generally made into hot and sour shredded potatoes, a simple home-cooked dish. There are many ways to do it. Whether to use blanched water or when to put vinegar, everyone has their way.

Ingredients

  • potato
  • dried chili
  • green pepper
  • garlic cloves
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • sugar
  • chicken essence

How-to steps

  1. Shred the potatoes and rinse off the starch on them.

  2. Shred dry chili and green pepper and chop garlic.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic and chili until fragrant.

  4. Add shredded potatoes and fry for a while.

  5. Add salt.

  6. Stir fry the balsamic vinegar evenly.

  7. Add shredded green pepper, sugar, and chicken essence.

  8. Stir fry evenly.

Tips:
Blanching potatoes can remove and solidify more starch and shorten the cooking time. It can make the shredded potatoes more crisp and delicious.
