On weekdays, I like to make all kinds of small snacks for my family.

However, recent snacks are more inclined to high-protein, low-fat and healthy varieties, such as this super delicious beef jerky! A few plates are baked weekly, and children will pack a small box when they go to school. You don't have to worry about how to eat such healthy snacks!
Weight loss and fitness people can't do without chicken breast, but I prefer beef products that are a bit chewy. Beef is a high-protein, low-fat food, and it is also the food with the lowest calories. It can not only supplement enough nutrition when losing weight, but Satiety is also super strong. It is a kind of meat suitable for people who lose weight!

When losing weight, it is best to cut off snacks, cut off polish rice and white noodles, and try this homemade beef jerky when you are thirsty! Simple and delicious, zero failure, satisfying and complete. Remember to save it first!

Instructions

  1. I use beef tendon meat. According to my situation, beef brisket can also be used. First, rub the whole piece and soak it in water for an hour to soak the blood in it.

  2. Cut into strips according to the texture. It doesn't matter if it's a little thicker. I cut it about the width of a finger.

  3. Put the beef strips in a pot. Add salt, white pepper, cooking wine, and pepper powder.

  4. Add ginger slices, mix and stir and marinate. The longer the time, the more delicious it will be. It is best to marinate for one night.

  5. Put the beef into the pot with cold water, add an appropriate amount of water, peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, and cumin, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

  6. When the water boil, turn off the heat and pick out all the hungry spices.

  7. Take out the cooked beef, dry it a little, sprinkle a proper amount of cumin powder, and mix well.

  8. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees in advance. Place the beef slices on the baking tray and put them in the oven.

  9. I use an ACA air fryer oven, the temperature is stable, and the coloring is very even. Bake up and down for about 300 minutes, depending on your oven temperature.

  10. The beef jerky roasted at this time and temperature is moderately soft, hard, and chewy. You can bake it for a while longer if you like it hard. If you want it not to be too dry, this is my time interval.

  11. After roasting, take it out and let it cool, then put it in an airtight container for preservation. Delicious and inexpensive beef jerky. Remember to give it a try.
    A good snack when losing weight, the calories will not exceed the standard, and it can also supplement nutrition, killing two birds with one stone!
