Steamed Abalone With Garlic

Abalone, delicious and nutritious, is known as the "soft gold" of the ocean. Its meat is tender and nutritious. The edible part of fresh food contains 24% protein and 0.44% fat; dry food contains 40% protein, 33.7% glycogen, 0.9% fat and a variety of vitamins and trace elements. How to make steamed abalone


  • 4 abalone
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • Oyster sauce half spoon
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  1. Wash the abalone and use a flower knife.

  2. Cut some garlic and millet spicy. if you don't eat spicy, you can leave it out.

  3. Heat the oil with minced chili and garlic.

  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little sugar.

  5. Spread the seasoning on the abalone and steam for about 10 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle some chopped green onion, heat oil in the pot, and pour it on the chopped green onion to stimulate the fragrance.

  7. It is a dish with no technical content. It tastes delicious and is not easy to get fat.
