Taiwan wheel cake, also known as "Wheel cake," is a traditional Taiwanese pastry made from the main ingredient of red beans. - 30g white sugar

- 200g milk
- 180g low-gluten flour
- 3g baking powder

Begin by making the wheel cake batter: in a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2g salt, and 30g white sugar. Mix well, then add 200g milk and mix again.

In a separate bowl, mix 180g of low-gluten flour with 3g of baking powder. Sift the mixture and add it to the milk and egg mixture, stirring until well combined. Finally, add 30g of edible oil and stir again. Let the batter stand for 20 minutes.
