Hunan Fried Rice

Fried rice with soy sauce is a home-cooked staple food fried rice, the main ingredient is rice (cold rice is better), served with meat, eggs, chopped green onion and soy sauce, fried until cooked. Soy sauce fried rice can be added a little sour or spicy according to personal taste, and the ingredients can also be added in moderation according to personal preference.


Main Ingredient:
1 large bowl of cold rice, 1 egg, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic, and 1 stalk of shallot.

Seasoning :
3 tsp children’s soy sauce, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oyster sauce, a little pepper
Corn oil 2 tsp, lard 1 tsp.


  1. Heat up the wok, add corn oil and lard.

  2. Chop the shallots into finely chopped green onions, put the eggs into a bowl, stir into egg liquid and set aside.

  3. Heat up the frying pan, add oil, cook with shallots and Shaoxing wine, add seasoning soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, pepper, and then add white rice, stir fry evenly to taste.

  4. When the white rice changes color, pour in the egg liquid, mix well until the paste is set, take it out of the pan, put it on a plate, and serve fried rice with soy sauce.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve!


  1. Don’t use hot gas rattan rice, don’t use fragrant rice, ordinary rice.
  2. Cooking wine must be used in cooking, dark soy sauce should be used for soy sauce, and lard is more delicious.
  3. The most important thing is to have the right amount of sugar and pepper, but it must be there, otherwise the taste will be monotonous.
