Kelp and Tofu Soup

Ingredients and seasonings

  • 1 piece of soft tofu
  • kelp knot 100g
  • white mushroom 50g
  • dried shrimp 10g

Directions

  1. Prepare the main and auxiliary ingredient required for the dish according to the ingredients and seasonings.

  2. Cut the tofu into 5 cm square pieces, cut the kelp into diamond-shaped slices, and cut into white mushroom slices.

  3. Add 500ml water to a boil, add a tablespoon of concentrated chicken stock, stir well.
