Loach soup recipe

Loach, nourishing the spleen and kidney; quenching thirst and diuresis; detoxification; can be eaten by the general population. It is especially suitable for people with a weak body, spleen and stomach deficiency, malnutrition, children with a soft body and night sweats, the elderly and people with cardiovascular diseases.

Ingredients

  • loach
  • ginger slices
  • pepper
  • oil and salt
  • green vegetables

Instructions

  1. After the loach is slaughtered, scald it with boiling water to wash away the mucus on the outer layer.

  2. Wash and absorb water with kitchen paper. Pour oil into a pan and fry the loach.

  3. Pour water into the pot, put ginger slices, boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat.

  4. Before serving, add salt, pepper, and greens.
