Easy Pork Belly Fried Rice Recipe


  • a bowl of rice
  • Pork belly 50g
  • bean sprouts 40g
  • Zucchini 40g
  • 2 spoons of hot sauce


Step 1:
Prepare ingredients.

Step 2:
Cut mushrooms into cubes.

Step 3:
Wash the zucchini and cut it into strips.

Step 4:
Put no oil in the pot, put the pork belly slices, and stir-fry the oil over low heat.

Step 5:
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 6:
Add bean sprouts and stir fry.

Step 7:
When the bean sprouts are cooked for 5 minutes, add shredded zucchini and diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

Step 8:
Add 2 spoons of Korean chili sauce to the leftover rice and mix well.

Step 9:
Put the mixed rice into the pot, quickly stir fry evenly over high heat, and add some chicken powder and pepper to taste.

Step 10:
Put in Plate.
