- 2 potatoes
- 1 block of tofu
- Chopped green onion 5g
- 5 slices of ginger
- Aniseed 3 pcs
- 2 g salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2g Thirteen spices
- Prepare the ingredients.

Do not stir-fry vigorously after adding the tofu, so as not to break the tofu.
