Potato and Tofu Recipe

Potatoes and tofu are cooked together, and many people have never eaten them. Ingredient

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 block of tofu
  • Chopped green onion 5g
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • Aniseed 3 pcs
  • 2 g salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2g Thirteen spices

Direction

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  3. Heat the oil, add chopped green onion, ginger slices, aniseed ingredients, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add potato cubes and stir fry.
  5. Add soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry.
  6. Put in clean water, put the cut tofu into the pot.
  7. Sprinkle thirteen spices evenly on the tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. When the pot is about to rise, gently slide the potatoes and tofu so that they are evenly coated with the soup.
  9. Out of the pot.

Tips
Do not stir-fry vigorously after adding the tofu, so as not to break the tofu.
