Roasted tofu recipe



  • 1 large piece of northern tofu
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 scoops of light soy sauce
  • 1 small bowl of BBQ ingredients
  • 2 tsp chili sauce
  • chopped green onion
  • A small amount of white sesame
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp sugar


  1. Prepare the required ingredients. Cut the tofu into 3 cm squares and 1-1.5 cm thick pieces, cut the shallots into chopped green onions, and chop the parsley.

  2. Put the diced tofu into the pot, blanch for 2 minutes, and then remove it to remove the beany smell.

  3. Prepare a small bowl, two tablespoons of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, and four tablespoons of water, and stir well.

  4. Spread baking paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle a layer of BBQ ingredients.

  5. Arrange the tofu piece by piece on the baking sheet.

  6. First, brush the tofu with a small brush dipped in cooking oil, dip it in the prepared sauce, and brush each piece with one layer.

  7. Brush another layer of chili sauce.

  8. Sprinkle another layer of barbecue material on the tofu, put it into the preheated oven, adjust it to 180 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.

  9. After 10 minutes, take out the baking pan, turn the tofu over, and follow the previous steps to brush a layer of oil, sauce, chili sauce, and barbecue ingredients.

  10. After 10 minutes of baking in the oven, sprinkle the chopped green onion on the tofu, and bake for another 2 minutes, and it will be out of the range!

  11. Put on a plate, sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds, and then sprinkle with chopped coriander. The fragrant and delicious roasted tofu is completed.
