Salted Fish Head Recipe


Ingredients: 1 fish head
Accessories: 1 fishtail

  • blend oil
  • table salt
  • soy sauce
  • cooking wine
  • vinegar
  • onion
  • ketchup
  • ginger
  • garlic


  1. Clean up the fish head and tail.
  2. Heat oil, add onion, ginger, and garlic, and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add fish head and fish tail, stir up the fire, and cook with cooking wine.
  4. Add the appropriate amount of mature vinegar, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and water.
