Sea chicken fish

Albacore: the chicken of the sea | WWF. Hunted for its top-dollar "white" meat, the "chicken of the sea" is one of the four tuna species in the Pacific that demand our attention.


five sea chicken fish
a shallot
20g soy sauce
20g cooking wine


  1. Remove the scales and belly of the sea chicken and fish, rinse and drain the water for later use, shred the ginger and chop the green onions for later use.

  2. Add half a pot of water to the pot, add shredded ginger and bring to a boil.

  3. When the water boils, you can put in the sea chicken and fish.

  4. Add soy sauce and cooking wine, and cook with fish.

  5. After about 5 minutes of cooking, add a pinch of salt to taste.

  6. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion at the end and serve.
