Eggs, tofu, and prawns are all ingredients that everyone often eats, and the taste is very tender and nutritious. I steamed them in one pot today. They are delicious and nutritious, and the calories are very low. You can eat them in a big mouth without any burden.
- 2 jade tofu
- 2 eggs
- 4 prawns
- steamed fish with soy sauce
- 1 spoon of cooking wine
- cooking oil
Prepare the ingredients, cut the Yuzi tofu from the middle, then cut into pieces, knock the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and beat them into egg liquid.
Peel the prawns out of the shrimp, remove the shrimp lines, wash the shallots and chop them for later use.
Arrange the Yuzi tofu on a plate, pour the egg liquid into the tofu, boil the water in a steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
Add in the shrimp, cover the pot and continue to steam for 3 minutes, the shrimp is cooked thoroughly.
Pour 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, sprinkle chopped green onion on the shrimp tofu.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and boil, quickly pour it on the chopped green onion to stimulate the fragrance.
- Add a spoonful of cooking wine to the egg liquid, which not only removes the fishy smell, but also makes the eggs steamed more fresh and tender.
- Soft tofu must be used to make it soft and smooth. The best is jade tofu, which is packed in strips.
