Easy Shrimp and Tofu Recipe

Ingredients

  • silken tofu
  • Shrimp
  • onion
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • Salt
  • broth
  • chicken essence
  • salad oil
  • starch

Direction

Step 1:
Prepare a piece of soft tofu, it must be soft tofu. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2:
blanch the water for later use. The blanched tofu is easy to shape and not easy to break.

Step 3:
Heat up the oil in the pan and add the marinated shrimp. Fry until cooked. Shrimp should be slightly marinated with starch to make it more tender.

Step 4:
Put some more oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, and minced garlic and stir-fry the sesame oil must be less.

Step 5:
Pour in a bowl of broth. If there is no broth, you can use water or thick soup instead.

Step 6:
turn the heat to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then put in the shrimps and collect the juice on high heat.

Step 7:
Add a little salt and chicken bouillon

Step 8:
Add chopped green onion. Very tender.

Tips:
This dish is mainly light, the seasoning should be simple, and the taste should be light.
