- Clams 300g
- White wine 800g
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
Pour the clams into clean water, then pour in an appropriate amount of salt and let it stand for 4 hours to spit out the sediment.
Peel and dice the onion.
Melt the butter in the pot.
Pour in the diced onion and stir-fry until it becomes soft, then pour in the sliced garlic and stir-fry for a while.
