Spicy Crayfish Recipe


  • Crayfish 750g
  • red pepper
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • Vegetable oil 15g
  • salt 6g
  • stock 200g


  1. After buying the crayfish, rinse it twice with water, add 2 tablespoons of salt, and then pour it into the water to soak it for 2 hours for better cleaning. Wear tool gloves and rubber gloves at the same time; first, use a toothbrush to brush off the dirt on the abdomen of the crayfish, then take out the shrimp intestines: control the crayfish with one hand, and pinch the tail fin in the middle of the crayfish tail with the other hand, gently pull it off lightly. If it feels dangerous to handle this way, you can put the crayfish in a pot and freeze them quickly in the refrigerator.

  3. Add vegetable oil, pepper and minced garlic to a microwave-compatible plate, cover it with a hole, put it in the microwave oven, and heat for 2 minutes on high microwave heat. After taking it out, add the crayfish, broth, and salt to the microwave-compatible plate, cover it with a hole, put it in the microwave, and heat it for 7 minutes on high microwave heat (stir once in the middle)

  4. Lastly, add the spring onion


Since crayfish will "run away," the lid must be closed immediately after adding the crayfish.
