Easy Spicy Garlic Tofu
Spicy garlic tofu is a delicacy made from ingredients such as tofu and garlic. It is seasoned with garlic and chili, which is more exciting to eat.
Ingredients

- green garlic
- minced meat

- dark soy
- cooking wine
- minced ginger

Direction
Step 1:
Slice the tofu and set aside.
Step 2:
Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the tofu.
Step 3:
Fry until the skin is golden and turn over to continue frying. Fry on both sides until golden, remove and set aside.
Step 4:
Prepare chili sauce and minced meat, cut green garlic with a diagonal knife, and mince ginger.
Step 5:
Take the oil pan and pour in an appropriate amount of oil, heat it to 50% heat, sauté the minced ginger until fragrant, pour in the minced meat, and stir fry.
Step 6:
When the minced meat changes color, add a teaspoon of chili sauce and stir fry together.
Step 7:
Add the fried tofu.
Step 8:
Add half a bowl of water and boil over high heat, add half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, and one-third teaspoon of chicken powder and cook for two minutes.
Step 9:
Add green garlic and stir-fry until cooked.
Tips:
Don’t be in a hurry to flip the fried tofu. Bring one side to form a golden color and turn it over again. The chili sauce is salty and you don’t need to add salt, you can add it according to your personal taste!
