Add a spoonful of light soy sauce to half a bowl of water.
Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce and a pinch of salt, stir well and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, add minced garlic and shallots, stir fry evenly, then add green and red peppers.
Pour in the prepared sauce.
Stir-fry until the taste is good, after the juice is collected on high heat, it can be out of the pan
Why won’t my tofu get crispy?
You didn’t cook it long enough.
Shortchanging your cook time will ensure a soft, unexciting tofu. And don’t be afraid to turn up the heat—preheat the pan to crisp the outer layer while leaving the center tender and creamy.
