Tofu with Eggplant Chinese Recipe


  • long eggplant
  • Tofu
  • hot pepper
  • Oil
  • onion
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • pepper
  • ginger
  • starch
  • Salt


Step 1:
Cut the tofu into pieces and blanch in water. Add a little cooking oil to the pan and heat it until the tofu is almost golden.

Step 2:
Wash the eggplant and cut into pieces.

Step 3:
Wash and cut the peppers, mince the garlic, and chop the shallots.

Step 4:
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, starch, and pepper powder (sugar can also be added) to the bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of water to adjust the sauce.

Step 5:
Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add minced green onion and garlic and fry till fragrant.

Step 6:
Put in the fried tofu and eggplant and stir fry for a few times.

Step 7:

Step 8:
Pour in the sauce and stir-fry to collect the juice.
