White Jade Tofu & Minced Garlic recipe

What is jade tofu? The simplest way to describe it, is that jade tofu is a custard, made with soy milk and eggs. It is also known as egg tofu or Japanese egg tofu.


  • white jade tofu

  • oyster sauce
  • cornstarch
  • sugar
  • salt
  • cornstarch

  1. Cut the white jade tofu into sections, mince the garlic.

  2. Dip the sliced white jade tofu with an appropriate amount of cornstarch and fry it until both sides are slightly yellow.And than take out and set aside.

  3. Adjust the sauce, add water in a bowl, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, add a spoonful of cornstarch, add a spoonful of sugar and a little salt and stir well for later use.

  4. Add the base oil to the pan and heat it, add the chopped minced garlic and fry until fragrant, add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and continue to stir fry, then add the prepared sauce and bring it to a boil, then add the fried white jade tofu and an appropriate amount of chicken essence Season to taste, stir fry evenly.
