Mulberry Wine Recipe

Mulberry wine is an ancient fruit wine in Chaoshan, China. It is brewed from mulberry fruit and is the best fruit wine. Mulberries are excellent for producing a deliciously fruity red wine.


  • Mulberry 500g
  • rock sugar 200g
  • white wine 900㏄


  1. Wash and drain the mulberries.

  2. Put the mulberry, rock sugar, and white wine in a wide-mouth glass bottle in sequence, then seal and set aside.

  3. After about three months of aging, the wine is filtered and put into a new bottle, and then placed for half a year before drinking.
