Ingredients for Malatang:
- 1 piece of hot pot base
- 200ml pure milk
- Salt (to taste)
- Monosodium glutamate (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Peanut butter (to taste)
- Cooked sesame seeds (to taste)
- 100g baby food
- 100g lettuce
- 60g crab stick
- 60g gong ball
- 6 fresh shrimps
- Fresh shrimp (to taste)
- 150g Flammulina velutipes
- Kelp (to taste)
- 1 bread
Malatang Recipe:

Place the hot pot base in a clean pot and add 200ml of pure milk.

Add enough water to the pot.

Boil the mixture, then use a colander to remove any impurities. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, and soy sauce to the pot.

Add the meatballs and seafood of your choice to the pot and cook.

Add your preferred vegetables to the pot and cook.

Add the noodles of your choice, including instant noodles if desired.

Add the lettuce last as it is quick to cook.

Stir in the peanut butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
