What is chinese shredded potato salad
Shredded Potato Salad, or JiDan Liu Si in Chinese, is a refreshing and flavorful dish that is made with shredded potatoes, carrots, and onions that are tossed in a dressing made with soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. The potatoes are usually blanched to give them a slightly soft, but still crisp, texture. The dressing adds a savory and slightly sour flavor to the dish, while the green onions and sesame oil give it a fresh and fragrant taste. This dish is often served as a side dish, but it can also be enjoyed as a snack or a light meal on its own.
